2. Photocopy of the Residence Proof (Electricity/Telephone Bill/Passport/House Agreement) and Parent PAN Card.

3.Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the Parents/Guardian and student.

4. 3 Latest Passport size photographs of the student and 2 of each parent and guardian if any.

5. Cheque of appropriate amount.
